How To Use ?

» Purchase the Prepaid Box or Prepaid Envelope at any of the selected sales outlets.
» Fill up the shipment slip (PL1A Form) which is attached to the Prepaid Box or Prepaid Envelope
» Insert the shipment slip (PL1A Form) into the plastic pocket on the Prepaid Box or Prepaid Envelope, but DO NOT seal it.
» Hand over the box to the nearest PosLaju or Post Office outlets or just call PosLaju Pickup Hotline at 1 300 22 5258 to request for pickup for just RM5.00 per pickup point.

Poslaju Insurance

PosLaju also provide insurance services which offers our customers financial protection against all risks of physical loss or damage of goods/items during transit anywhere within domestic and international destinations.

» For document and parcel with insured value up to RM500,000.00*
» Including high value item such as motor vehicles, motorcycles and computers.
» Insurance company will not insure all items which are prohibited and not acceptable for courier by Poslaju

Premium

* Only 3 items are categorized under high risks handphone, payphone card ,airline ticket and redemption voucher.

Exclusion Items

Towing Risks – any goods transported by barge/ tugboats. Special Acceptance on Excluded Items	Works of Art: Limit of liability not exceeding RM 1,000 per item. Breakable item: Limit of liability not exceeding RM 500 per item.

Insurance Claim

The sender must report the lost or non-delivery of the item at any Poslaju centers within 30 days from the date of posting and submit together the proof of posting.

Notes

» All items should be clearly and correctly declared in respect of content and value to avoid dispute during claim period.
» Parcels and merchandise should be accompanied by commercial invoice or commercial performa.
